I created and continue to maintain this site for the purpose of providing links to gaming resources provided by myself and other individuals (owners) free of charge.

A session cookie is being used which only stores the IP Address for security purposes and the cookie is deleted once the session ends.

The login form sets a cookie that is used to uniquely identify each visitor. This helps determine what forms the visitor has submitted before without the need of being logged-in.

No personal information such as IP address, User Agent string or the Site User ID is stored in any cookie.

At this time no non-personal data, such as demographic information, e.g. user IP addresses (except where stated above), browser types, and other anonymous statistical data regarding the use of our website, is being collected by cookies.

I will not use Google Analytics as suggested in an earlier version of this policy as I do not agree with their use of such information.

When you register on the site, all information provided is stored in the site database.

When you consent to the site’s Privacy Policy, a record of that consent is stored in the site database.

When you log into the site, your current status, logged in, is stored in the site database.

At present, the site Contact Form requires text in all fields, including an email address in a valid format. This information is sent in an email to me. No information is stored in the site database and this information is not used for any purpose other than contacting you.

Personal information received from users will be managed appropriately and will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law.

In order to provide attribution and ownership of resources, this site does store the resource owner’s registered name in a database. These names are primarily social network aliases and I will never knowingly publish a resource owner’s real name without their express permission.

Also, text belonging to their resources like title, description and images, is also stored in the database and displayed on the resource page.

Except for the resource owner data, no other data is being used.

The links to resources are the responsibility of their owners and therefore, I have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked locations.

If a breach of data such as loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, personal data transmission, storage, or otherwise processed happens, you will be notified immediately after I become aware of it, provided I have a valid way to contact you, like an email address.

If you have an account on the site or have comments, you can request an exported file of the personal information I have about you. You can also place a request to erase your data. This does not include data I am required to keep for security, administrative or legal purposes.

I reserve the right to change or modify the above contents at any time without any prior notice though all previous cookie consents will be reset.
