In vanilla Starfield, many of the enemy factions are never intended to meet, instead only ever being player enemies in dungeon POIs. Ecliptic, for example, are not going to find themselves in fights with Va'ruun. Because of this, Beth never coded their factions to respond to each other.

This patch adds some cross faction hostility between UC, Ecliptic, Va'ruun, Spacers, Terrormorphs and Starborn. It does a little CF as well, but since you can actually join that faction, I haven't done much with that yet.

These factions still don't meet (though SBs do meet Ecliptic at one point, so this may mess that up). This is mostly for those who want to set up NPC-to-NPC war games.
