Basic Tips
  • Phrase search not supported: The search engine cannot process “this phrase”. Instead it processes “this” and “phrase” as separate words, quotation marks are ignored.
  • Exact match not supported: Search Engine uses word stems, e.g. Collect, Collective, Collection are all treated the same.
  • Wildcards not supported: Asterisks are ignored in search box
  • Filters are applied first: For example, Filter by Author (Owner) is applied before any text searches.
  • What is searched: Resource title, Intro (search results text) and Description and Update text, Owner name
  • Enter to initiate search: Pressing Enter key in search box initiates search just like clicking search button.
  • To Display all Resources: Leave search box empty and hit Enter/click Search icon

 

Qualifier Examples:

Entering this and that or this that returns results containing both "this" and "that".
Entering this not that returns results containing "this" and not "that".
Entering this or that returns results containing either "this" or "that".
